• Why to take part in the Presentation program?

Presentation program is additional opportunity for your products promotion among branch professionals – exhibitors and visitors. Your presentation will help you additionally to draw the audience’s attention to your products and services, and invite to visit your exhibition booth. 
Presentations are organized in the specially equipped presentation area in pavilion 7 during exhibition working days and give the opportunity to present innovative projects and production to wide audience of professional visitors.

  • Participation package fee includes:

   opportunity to  invite the auditorium of professional visitor’s of the event
   announcement about your presentation on the screen in Presentation area during the exhibition working days
   publishing the announcement about the presentation of your company in the Official Event program
   opportunity to distribute the promotional materials in the presentation area

   enclosure the Invitations for your presentation or promotional materials into Package of the Participant ‘s documents (The Participant shall provide the Organizer with the Invitations or promotional materials);
   rent of fully equipped presentation area for 40 seats
   audio-visual equipment: microphone, LCD projector, wall screen

  • Why shall we submit the application now?

From the moment of application submission your company and your production can use the full spectrum of marketing services of our event. The early your presentation topic will be included into the program, the more audience of the event’s web-site can get acquainted, interested and make the decision to visit the exhibition.

  • Who can participate?

Organizers invite to participate in the presentation program enterprises and companies involved in high technological industrial sector of Moscow, regions of Russia, foreign countries – exhibitors and non-exhibitors.

  • Where the presentation will take place?

Presentations are held directly in the exhibition pavilion 7 in the Presentation Area since Tuesday, April, 17th till Friday, April 20th, 2012. The Exhibition Organizer provides a fully equipped Presentation Area by means of audio-visual equipment.

  • Participation package fee (including VAT):

Rent of fully equipped presentation area per 1 hour

You can order for additional payment the radio announcement in the exhibition pavilion – one radio announcement up to 30 seconds – 20 Euro (including VAT). The announcement text is given by the company.

  • Application submission:

For inclusion of your presentation in the Official Forum program it is necessary to send to the Exhibition Organizer ("EXPO-ECOS" LLC) the filled Application by faxes: +7 (495) 332-36-84, or e-mail: elena@vt21.ru. The deadline for Application submission: April, the 9th, 2012. "EXPO-ECOS" LLC exposes the invoice for rendered services which is necessary for paying within 5 days from the moment of reception. After reception of payment the information on presentation will be published in the Official Forum program.
