The International Conference includes Plenary session, different section sessions, seminars and round tables.
Plenary session will discuss the problems of formation of the public/private partnership mechanisms and mobilization of intellectual, technological and investment resource at the key lines of innovative development.
Section sessions and round tables are devoted to the subjects defined by the governmental priorities in science and engineering, including nanotechnologies and new materials, power engineering and energy saving, information technologies and artificial intelligence, aviation and space technologies.
During the Conference will be discussed questions of the interregional and international cooperation in the field of high technologies.
To 11th International Forum will be published the Collection of Forum materials «High-Tech XXI-2010».

Requirements to presentation materials to be submitted to the Russian High Tech Development Fund:
- Presentation/report volume – 3 pages A4, MS Word (98 – 2003);
- Font - Times New Roman;
- Title - size 14 written by lower case letters;
- Main text - size 12;
- Interval - 1,0;
- Text is leveled on width;
- Pictures, photos shall be ready for publishing, sent separately from the main text of the presentation, EPS, PSD or JPEG not less than 300 dpi;
Headline of the presentation shall content:
- Title of the presentation (article, project);
- Name, Surname of the Author(s);
- Scientific rank, post, full name of the company / organization - place of author’s work.
The presented text should not contain references to bibliographic sources and the bibliography list.
